高电流回路电阻智慧检测系统设计

Design of Intelligent Detection System for Loop Resistance Under High Current

  • 摘要: 该文结合GIS设备回路电阻最新测试规程DL/T 618-2022要求,设计高电流回路电阻智慧检测系统。基于高精度、低功耗的24位Σ-Δ型模数转换器芯片,系统构建了电流输出模块、电压测量模块、微处理器单元以及用户界面硬件模块;通过电阻分压方案实现测试系统的档位切换,保证在300 A电流条件下的回路电阻测试能力,并配备蜂鸣报警电路以提高使用安全性;同时,系统利用WiFi模块实现数据传输和云端存储。性能测试表明,该系统与标准电阻的测试偏差率在5%以内,实际现场测试中与高精度台式设备的回路电阻测量偏差率均控制在1%以内,验证了所开发系统的可靠性和实用价值。

     

    Abstract: This paper designs a smart high-current loop resistance detection system in accordance with the latest testing regulations for GIS equipment loop resistance, DL/T 618-2022. Based on the high precision and low power consumption of 24-bit Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converter chip, the current output module, voltage measurement module, microprocessor unit and user interface hardware module were system constructed. The resistance voltage division scheme was utilized to realize the switch of the test system gear to ensure the 300 A current condition circuit resistance test. And a buzzer alarm circuit was equipped to ensure the application safety. At the same time, the WiFi module was used to transmit and store data in the cloud. The deviation rate between the standard resistance was less than 5%, and the deviation rate between with the loop resistance measurement value of the high-precision benchtop equipment was less than 1% in the actual field test. This indicated the developed system had high application reliability.
