Design of Key Components of Crankshaft Machining Combination Machine Tool and Dynamic Balance Analysis

  • 摘要: 随着中速船用柴油机性能指标的持续升级,曲轴制造标准日益提高,使其加工工艺愈发复杂。为此,该文设计了一种专用曲轴车床卡具。该卡具可同时满足连杆颈和曲轴拐臂的加工需求,且卡具适用于多种型号,具备一定的通用性,只需根据曲轴型号进行匹配配重和分度调节。现有的非圆抛光技术难以保证曲轴轴颈的圆柱度,且难以使轴颈与轴瓦获得理想接触,不利于润滑油膜的形成。为解决抛光过程中轴颈与砂带接触面积不足等问题,设计了专用抛光装置,同时把整个抛光工序分为粗、精两工序,实现了整圆抛光,并提出了相应的轴颈接触面积的检测方案。此外,将曲轴总成在弹性支撑上近似简化为二自由度振动系统,并对其动平衡进行了分析,得出了曲轴总成的不平衡量,为平衡去重奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous improvement of performance indicators for medium-speed marine diesel engines, the manufacturing standards for crankshafts have become increasingly stringent, resulting in more complex machining processes. To address these challenges, this paper designs a specialized crankshaft fixture capable of meeting the machining requirements of both the connecting-rod journal and the crank arm. The fixture is applicable to multiple crankshaft models, offering good versatility, requiring only matched counterweights and indexing adjustments according to different crankshaft specifications.Existing non-circular polishing techniques fail to ensure the cylindricity of crankshaft journals and cannot provide ideal contact between the journal and bearing shell, which is unfavorable for the formation of a stable lubricating oil film. To solve issues such as insufficient contact area between the journal and abrasive belt during polishing, a dedicated polishing device is developed. The polishing process is divided into rough and finish stages, enabling complete circular polishing, and a corresponding detection method for journal contact area is proposed.In addition, the crankshaft assembly supported on elastic supports is simplified to an approximate two-degree-of-freedom vibration system, and its dynamic balance is analyzed. The unbalance of the crankshaft assembly is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for mass reduction during balancing.
