多种工作模式的移动餐厨垃圾箱液压系统设计

Design of Hydraulic System for Mobile Kitchen Waste Container with Multiple Operating Modes

  • 摘要: 针对餐厨垃圾车收运垃圾效率慢的问题,该文设计了一款双泵液压系统的移动餐厨垃圾箱。双泵分别控制一套提升机构,两套提升机构可以单独或者同时作业,其中一套提升机构还能够与刮扒机构同步运行。文中重点对后门、刮扒机构及提升机构的液压系统进行了分析与选型,给出了各液压系统的原理图。通过实际应用验证,该移动餐厨垃圾箱的设计能够有效提升餐厨垃圾的收运效率,具有良好的工程指导意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses the issue of slow efficiency of kitchen waste collection by food waste trucks, design a dual-pump hydraulic system for a mobile kitchen waste container. The two pumps control a lifting mechanism respectively, and the two lifting mechanisms can operate either independently or simultaneously, one of the lifting mechanisms can work concurrently with a scraping mechanism.The paper focuses on analyzing and selecting hydraulic systems for the rear door, scraping mechanism, and lifting mechanism, deriving the schematic diagrams for each hydraulic system. Through practical application, it has been verified that the design of the mobile kitchen waste container provides guiding significance for improving the efficiency of kitchen waste collection and transportation.
