Rectification Analysis and Regression Verification of Anti-interference Failure of Light Truck

  • 摘要: 伴随现代汽车技术的迅猛发展,电子化集成程度不断提高,各类电子装置有可能向周边发射不同频率的干扰信号,从而引发现代汽车的电磁兼容性(EMC)问题。EMC不仅影响驾乘体验,也关系到车辆性能与行驶安全。该文简述EMC测试方法,重点阐述整车电磁兼容测试中抗扰失效故障的分析手段及解决流程。通过精细化网络监控和工作原理剖析,定位到测试中电子油门踏板的失效原因;并从线束设计和电子油门踏板抗扰度强化两个方面提出整改措施,成功解决整车抗扰失效问题,为应对电磁干扰提供新的解决路径。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of modern automotive technology, the degree of electronic integration is increasing day by day. These electronic integrated devices and equipment have the possibility of emitting interference signals of different frequencies to the surroundings, thus giving rise to electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problems. EMC not only concerns the driving and riding experience, but also has an impact on vehicle performance and safety. This paper briefly describes the EMC testing methods and focuses on the analysis means and solution processes of anti-interference failure faults in the vehicle electromagnetic compatibility testing. By means of refined network monitoring and working principle analysis, etc., the fault of the electronic accelerator pedal in the test was located. Suggestions for rectification were put forward from the aspects of wiring harness design and enhancement of the immunity of the electronic accelerator pedal, and the problem of anti-interference failure of the whole vehicle was successfully solved, opening up a new path for resolving electromagnetic interference problems.
