车床中心高修正器的设计应用

Design and Application of Lathe Center Height Corrector

  • 摘要: 针对车床中心高使用垫片方式校准及刀具使用受限的问题,该文设计了一种调节方便、刚性好、稳定性强的车床中心高修正器,该装置由手柄、刻度盘、锁紧螺母、推力轴承等部分组成。经制作、调试与改进,并在实际加工中应用验证,该装置实现了中心高由有级垫片调节向无级连续调节的转变,有效解决了因刀具厚度、车床型号及中心高差异导致的互用受限问题,减少了刀具损坏,并降低了因车刀中心高度不准确引起的加工误差。

     

    Abstract: To address the problems associated with calibrating lathe center height using shims and the resulting limitations on tool usage, this paper designs a lathe center height adjustment device featuring convenient adjustment, high rigidity, and strong stability. The device consists of a handle, a dial scale, a locking nut, a thrust bearing, and other components. After fabrication, debugging, and improvement, as well as validation through practical machining applications, the device achieves a transition from stepped adjustment using shims to stepless continuous adjustment of the center height. It effectively resolves the interchangeability limitations caused by differences in tool thickness, lathe models, and center heights, reduces tool damage, and decreases machining errors resulting from inaccurate tool center height.
