  • 摘要: 通过探讨土壤团聚体及其对土壤结构和作物生长的重要性,并结合现有土壤团粒分析仪存在的问题,设计了一种土壤团粒分析仪。该分析仪主要由机械本体、驱动装置、控制系统、曲柄滑块机构、筛分组件和限位装置等部分组成。通过对驱动装置、曲柄滑块机构及筛分组件的结构优化,确保筛分组件在竖直方向上实现稳定运动,有效避免了筛分过程中产生的晃动。同时,将驱动装置布置在筛分组件的上部区域,降低了设备运行过程中的安全隐患。通过对土壤样品的测试验证,结果表明该分析仪具有良好的稳定性和测试准确性。研究成果对于提升土壤分析技术水平、保证测试结果的可靠性具有重要意义,并为相关领域的科学研究和工程应用提供了有力支撑。

     

    Abstract: This paper begins by discussing the importance of soil aggregates for soil structure and crop growth. In response to the limitations of existing soil aggregate analyzers, it then presents the design of a new soil aggregate analyzer, which includes the mechanical body, drive unit, control system, crank-slider mechanism, sieving assembly, limit device, and other components. By optimizing the driving device, crank-slider mechanism, and screening components, we ensure stable vertical movement of the screening components, effectively preventing shaking during the screening process. The driving device is positioned in the upper area of the screening component to minimize the risk of accidents during analyzer usage. Through testing soil samples, we have verified that the analyzer exhibits excellent stability and accuracy. This research achievement holds significant importance in enhancing soil analysis technology, ensuring test result reliability, and offering robust support for scientific research and technological applications in related fields.
