柔性组合式起重机型轨功能及受力设计分析

Functional and Structural Design Analysis of Rail Profiles for Flexible Modular Cranes

  • 摘要: 该文简述了柔性组合式起重机在国内的应用与发展状况,并确定了其总体设计方案。针对柔性组合式起重机型轨的功能及受力特点,开展了功能性结构设计及型轨强度校核。通过理论设计、力学分析与仿真验证,结果表明柔性组合式起重机的设计方案具有可行性,型轨结构稳定可靠;同时验证了型轨在额定载荷作用下的应力、位移及应变分布均符合安全标准。相关研究可为轻工业流水线、智能仓储物流等场景中的高精度、高柔性物料输送提供参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the application and development status of flexible modular cranes in China and determines the overall design scheme. According to the functional characteristics and load-bearing features of the rail profiles used in flexible modular cranes, the functional structural design and strength verification are carried out. Through theoretical design, mechanical analysis, and simulation verification, the results show that the design scheme is feasible and the rail profile structure is stable and reliable. Meanwhile, the stress, displacement, and strain distributions under rated load conditions are verified to meet safety standards. The research provides reference for high-precision and high-flexibility material handling in scenarios such as light-industry production lines and intelligent warehousing logistics.
