夹持式摩擦限速器提拉力计算分析

Computational Analysis of the Lifting Force of Clamping Friction Overspeed Governor

  • 摘要: 为保证夹持式摩擦限速器的提拉力能够满足安全钳动作的要求,需对其提拉力进行计算与分析。该文对夹持式摩擦限速器提拉力的计算模型进行了简化,推导得到提拉力的简化计算结果。在此基础上建立有限元模型,开展瞬态动力学分析,获得其应力和位移的计算结果。同时对提拉力与夹持力之间的关系进行了分析,总结了影响夹持式摩擦限速器应力的相关因素,并提出相应预防措施,以期为限速器与安全钳在维修、保养及检验等环节提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure that the lifting force of the clamping friction overspeed governor can meet the needs of the safety gear, the lifting force of the clamping friction overspeed governor should be calculated and analyzed. This paper simplifies the calculation model for the pull force of a clamp-type friction speed limiter, yielding simplified results for pull force calculation. The finite element modeling is established, the transient dynamic analysis is carried out, the calculation results of stress and displacement are obtained. This paper analyzes the relationship between the lifting force and clamping force, summarizes the factors affecting the lifting force of the clamping friction overspeed governor, takes corresponding preventive measures, and provides corresponding references for the maintenance and inspection of overspeed governor and safety gear.
