Spectral Analysis on Laser Welding of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Sheet

  • 摘要: 为了进一步分析焊接工艺条件对6061铝合金激光焊接效果的影响,该文在不同的材料表面状态和焊接参数下,采用AvaSpec-2048型光纤光谱仪对6061铝合金激光焊接的电弧进行了光谱分析。研究结果表明,材料的表面状态、激光功率和焊接速度对激发出特征谱线的元素的种类和激光等离子体中元素的含量有一定的影响,可为以后更深层地研究激光焊接薄板提供基础。

     

    Abstract: To further analyze the influence of welding process conditions on the laser welding quality of 6061 aluminum alloy thin plates, spectral analysis of the plasma during laser welding of 6061 aluminum alloy was conducted using an AvaSpec-2048 fiber optic spectrometer under different material surface conditions and welding parameters. The research results show that the surface state of the material, laser power and welding speed have certain effects on the types of elements corresponding to the excited characteristic spectral lines and the elemental content in the laser plasma. This study provides a foundation for further in-depth research on laser welding of thin alloy plates in the future.
