基于CFD分析的商用车冷却系统风扇性能对比研究与应用

Comparative Study and Application of the Heavy Duty Vehicle Cooling System Fans based on CFD Analysis

  • 摘要: 许用环境温度作为商用车冷却系统的重要指标,影响着整车的动力性、操控性、全生命周期经济性以及关键部件的可靠性,其中冷却系统风扇型式具有重要的影响作用。该文以某商用车为研究对象,建立了一套整车机舱流场数学模型,并利用ANSA和STAR-CCM+软件,分别完成开口风扇和环形风扇结构的流场性能计算,通过分析模型特点及数据优势,得出同一尺寸的环形风扇较开口风扇风量大,散热性能好。最后在大马力牵引车上进行了整车热平衡试验,试验结果与仿真分析结果一致,开口风扇性能更优,为商用车冷却系统风扇的匹配设计提供了有效参考。

     

    Abstract: The allowable ambient temperature is an important evaluation index of the cooling system of heavy duty vehicles, directly affecting vehicle power performance, handling performance, life-cycle economy, and the reliability of key components. Among these factors, the fan type has a significant impact on cooling system performance. Taking a heavy duty vehicle as the research object, a mathematical model of the under-hood flow field is established. ANSA and STAR-CCM+ software are used to numerically simulate and analyze the flow field performance of an open fan and a ring fan, respectively. The analysis of model characteristics and simulation results shows that, under the same dimensional conditions, the ring fan provides a larger air volume and better heat dissipation performance. Finally, a full-vehicle thermal balance test is conducted on a high-power tractor. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results, verifying the accuracy of the model and providing an effective reference for fan matching design in heavy duty vehicle cooling systems.
