基于非接触式物联网技术的无线远程电梯控制系统

Design and Implementation of a Wireless Remote Elevator Control System based on Non-Contact IoT Technology

  • 摘要: 针对当前电梯系统普遍存在的人机交互依赖物理接触、改造成本高及难以快速适应特殊公共卫生需求等技术难题,该文提出一种基于物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)的非接触式远程控制装置。该系统采用非侵入式安装方式,通过伺服电机精确模拟按钮按压动作,实现对传统电梯控制系统的无改造接入与智能升级。研究重点围绕装置的结构设计、控制模块的软硬件集成及通信协议的稳定性开展了系统性开发与优化。通过功能性测试、环境适应性评估及典型应用场景下的实验验证表明,该装置具备良好的兼容性、响应性与可靠性。研究所提出的IoT方案可有效满足非接触式控制、电梯智能化改造及移动机器人自主通行等多元化应用需求,为智能建筑系统的快速部署与公共空间自动化管理提供了可行性参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the technical problems prevalent in current elevator systems, including physical contact dependency in human-machine interaction, high retrofitting costs, and difficulty in rapidly adapting to special public health requirements, this paper proposes a non-contact remote control device based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Adopting a non-intrusive installation method, the system uses a servo motor to accurately simulate button-pressing actions, thereby achieving non-modified access and intelligent upgrading of traditional elevator control systems. The research focuses on the systematic development and optimization of the structural design of the device, the software-hardware integration of the control module, and the stability of communication protocols. Functional tests, environmental adaptability evaluations, and experimental verifications in typical application scenarios show that the device exhibits excellent compatibility, responsiveness, and reliability. The proposed IoT scheme can effectively meet diverse application demands such as contactless control, intelligent elevator retrofitting, and autonomous access of mobile robots, providing a feasible reference for the rapid deployment of intelligent building systems and automated management of public spaces.
