Abstract:
This paper aims to study the effects of two different thread reinforcements, namely wire thread inserts and bolt steel sleeves, on the strength and overall performance of screw connections under vibration test conditions. By combining quantitative analysis and numerical simulation, it compares the influences of the two reinforcement methods on the vibration resistance and connection stability of fasteners under vibration conditions. The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for mechanical structure design and thread connection scheme selection in vibration environments.
