Optimization and Structural Characteristics Analysis of Large Axial Flow Pump

  • 摘要: 为提升大型轴流泵在实际中的应用效果,该文以1800ZLB轴流泵为例,模拟分析了大型轴流泵优化及结构特性。研究发现,不同叶尖叶栅稠密度条件下,轴流泵的外特性与内特性均存在明显差异。其中,在叶尖叶栅稠密度为方案4条件下,轴流泵的外特性与内特性最佳,且在最恶劣工况条件下,轴流泵叶片的应力水平与变形量最低,分别只有12.014 MPa与0.047513 mm,结构强度与刚度均符合规定要求,有利于提高大型轴流泵在实际中的应用效果,为更好地开展工业生产活动提供支持与参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to to improve the practical application performance of large axial flow pumps, the 1800ZLB axial flow pump is taken as the research object to conduct simulation analysis on its optimization and structural characteristics. Research has found that there are significant differences in the external and internal characteristics of axial flow pumps under different blade tip and cascade density conditions. Among them, under the condition of blade tip and cascade density of scheme 4, the external and internal characteristics of axial flow pumps are the best. Moreover, under the most severe operating conditions, the blade stress and deformation of the axial flow pump reach the minimum values of 12.014 MPa and 0.047513 mm respectively. The structural strength and stiffness fully meet the specified engineering requirements, which is conducive to effectively improving the practical application effect of large-scale axial flow pumps and providing theoretical support and technical reference for better industrial production activities.
