Abstract:
TRIZ methodology is an innovative theory widely used in the engineering technology industry. Through technical systems such as 40 invention principles and eight major evolutionary methods, we can systematically solve the actual production needs, qualitative technical predictions, and invent new technologies. This paper addresses the issue of low efficiency in the turning and milling of seal rings for main oil pumps in thermal power generation units, through the flexible application of TRIZ theory, seal ring turning positioning tooling and milling integrated manufacturing optimization tests were carried out to obtain the optimal process flow, improve the efficiency of seal ring and create good economic benefits. This method has good reference and promotion value for production in the field of machine-added production.
