Fault Analysis For Centrifugal Casing Scraping of an Auxiliary Power Unit

  • 摘要: 该文针对某型辅助动力装置高空模拟试验过程中离心机匣刮磨故障开展了相关检查,运用了故障树法进行分析。分析结果表明:导致刮磨的原因有多种,包括转子残余不平衡量偏大、封严套内篦齿与锁紧螺母设计间隙偏小等。通过采取改进措施,最终排除了刮磨故障。上述研究成果可以为后续的型号研制积累一定经验。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents relevant inspections conducted on the centrifugal casing scuffing fault of a certain auxiliary power unit during a high-altitude simulation test. The fault tree analysis method was used to investigate the fault. The analysis results show that the scuffing failure is caused by multiple factors, including excessive residual unbalance of the rotor and insufficient design clearance between the inner labyrinth teeth of the sealing sleeve and the lock nut. With targeted improvement measures implemented, the scuffing fault was ultimately eliminated. The above research findings can provide valuable experience for the subsequent development of related models.
