液压站渗漏油问题分析及优化设计

Analysis and Optimization Design of Oil Leakage in HPU

  • 摘要: 该文以石油自动化钻机所用的综合液压站为论述对象,从液压油污染、液压油温度异常、液压油箱结构设计及管路冲击振动等方面分析液压站渗漏油成因,分别从液压油清洁度与温度控制、液压油箱结构优化、管路减振与压力冲击抑制等角度,提出了综合性改进设计方案。实例应用表明,该优化措施可显著降低液压站渗漏隐患、延长液压系统服役寿命,对同类液压站及液压系统的结构设计与工程应用具有重要参考意义。

     

    Abstract: This article takes the comprehensive HPU used in petroleum automated drilling rigs as the object of discussion. The causes of HPU oil leakage are analyzed from the aspects of hydraulic oil pollution, abnormal temperature of hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil tank structure design, and pipeline impact vibration. A comprehensive improvement plan is proposed for the design of hydraulic oil cleanliness and temperature abnormalities, hydraulic oil tank structure optimization design, and pipeline vibration and pressure impact design. Through case verification, the improvement measures can significantly reduce the risk of leakage, extend the service life of hydraulic systems, and have important reference value for the design of HPU and even hydraulic systems.
