Abstract:
As an important component of a five-axis machine tool, the dual-rotary table directly affects the machining accuracy of the machine tool. When the dual-rotary table brakes, the accuracy of the table surface will be affected, thereby influencing the machining accuracy of the entire machine. This paper analyzes the impact of the braking of the dual-rotary table through methods such as braking principles, theoretical analysis, simulation analysis, and on-site testing, so as to find the root causes of the problem and solutions, and at the same time provide guiding suggestions for the production and manufacturing of the dual-rotary table.
