月尘干扰下陶瓷刀口密封件的试验研究

Performance of Ceramic Knife-Edge Seals under the Interference of Lunar Dust

  • 摘要: 在我国 “探月四期” 工程原位分析任务需求驱动下,研究月尘干扰下陶瓷刀口密封件性能意义重大。文章介绍了国内外多种密封结构,提出陶瓷刀口挤压聚四氟乙烯的密封方式。通过理论分析与ANSYS仿真确定刀尖圆角半径为 R0.5mm时密封效果最佳。搭建月尘沾染实验平台开展试验,结果表明月尘沾染量增加显著提升泄漏率,增大密封力可在一定程度上补偿月尘负面影响,为月球原位采样检测密封技术提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Driven by the requirements of in-situ analysis tasks in China’s “Lunar Exploration Phase 4”project, it is of great significance to study the performance of ceramic knife-edge seals under the interference of lunar dust. This article introduces various sealing structures at home and abroad and proposes a sealing method of ceramic knife-edge extruding polytetrafluoroethylene. Through theoretical analysis and ANSYS simulation, it is determined that the sealing effect is optimal when the tip radius of the knife-edge is R0.5mm. A lunar dust contamination experimental platform is built for tests. The results show that an increase in the amount of lunar dust contamination significantly increases the leakage rate, and increasing the sealing force can compensate for the negative impact of lunar dust to a certain extent, providing a reference for the sealing technology of lunar in-situ sampling and detection.
