滚滑复合导轨动态特性分析与试验研究

Dynamic Characteristics Analysis and Experimental Study of Rolling Sliding Composite Guide

  • 摘要: 数控机床中,导轨作为核心运动组件,其动态性能直接关系着加工质量、承载能力和寿命。以重型机床的支撑导轨为研究对象,提出了一种结构简单、调试方便的新型滚滑复合导轨,能满足重型机床在重负荷切削条件下的需求。在考虑接合面的基础上,建立了等效动态模型,以识别这种复合导轨接合部的动态特性参数。对比滑台频响函数实测及拟合结果,相对误差在5%以内。基于试验数据,法向载荷对法向动态特性参数有相对显著的影响,法向接合刚度和阻尼分别增加了1.49倍和13.86倍,试验结果可为新型滚滑复合导轨在重型机床中的设计和研究提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In CNC machine tools, the guide rail is the core moving component, and its dynamic performance is directly related to the processing quality, bearing capacity and service life. In this paper, the supporting rail of heavy machine tool was taken as the research object. And a novel rolling-sliding composite guide with a simple structure and convenient debugging have been proposed, which can satisfy the requirements of heavy-duty machine tools for high bearing loads. On the basis of considering the joint surfaces, an equivalent dynamic model was established to identify the dynamic characteristic parameters of this composite guide’s joints.Comparing the measured and fitted frequency response function of the sliding table, the relative error is within 5%. Based on the experimental data, normal loads showed a relatively significant influence on normal dynamic characteristic parameters. Normal joint stiffness and damping were increased by 1.49 times and 13.86 times respectively. The results obtained in this work can provide a valuable reference for the design and research of novel rolling-sliding composite guide applied for heavy-duty machine tools.
