Abstract:
With the continuous technological iteration of China’s automotive industry, national and industry standards for automotive safety design are being continuously improved and revised. Against this background, this paper investigates integrated safety design strategies and optimization schemes for intelligent driving vehicles. In combination with the updates to the C-NCAP and C-IASI evaluation protocols, a systematic analysis of key issues is carried out from the perspectives of vehicle body structure design and collision electrical safety. The research covers controlled deformation mechanisms of the vehicle body structure during collisions, occupant protection measures, emergency control of the power supply system, and safety protection of the power battery. Based on the latest collision test conditions, development and design strategies applicable to various frontal and side impact scenarios are proposed, providing valuable references for subsequent CAE simulation development and experimental validation.
