一种导流装置几何参数检测方法研究

Research on Geometric Parameter Measurement Method for a Flow Deflector Device

  • 摘要: 该文针对导流装置典型几何参数的检测,搭建了一种检测方法的数学模型,从理论上推导了同轴度、翼片安装角、翼片反角等几何参数的检测算法,通过该算法可以用简单的线性位移传感器实现导流装置复杂的几何参数检测。然后搭建了验证平台对算法进行验证,验证数据显示,采用该检测方法的验证平台的实测值与真值高度一致,算法显示出了良好的重复性和低偏倚性。通过该方法,能够实现此类导流装置几何参数的自动化检测,从而满足生产线建设过程中对检测工艺自动化的要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper focuses on the detection of typical geometric parameters of a flow deflector device and establishes a mathematical model for the proposed detection method. The detection algorithms for geometric parameters such as coaxiality, blade installation angle, and blade reverse angle are theoretically derived. Based on these algorithms, complex geometric parameter measurements of the flow deflector device can be achieved using simple linear displacement sensors.A validation platform is then constructed to verify the proposed algorithm. The verification results show that the measured values obtained from the platform are highly consistent with the true values, demonstrating good repeatability and low bias of the algorithm. Through this method, automated detection of geometric parameters for such flow deflector devices can be realized, thereby meeting the requirements for inspection process automation in production line construction.
