Finite element analysis of MSS32 mobile mold cantilever crane

  • 摘要: 以MSS32移动模架悬臂吊结构为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立悬臂吊起重机两种工况下的有限元模型,研究悬臂吊起重机结构的应力分布和变形情况,确保结构在施工过程的安全性。有限元计算结果表明,悬臂吊起重机满足强度和刚度要求,能保证施工安全。

     

    Abstract: Taking the MSS32 mobile mold cantilever crane structure as the research object, ANSYS finite element software is used to establish the finite element model of the cantilever crane under two working conditions, to study the stress distribution and deformation of the cantilever crane structure, and to ensure the safety of the structure in the construction process. The finite element calculation results show that the jib crane meets the strength and stiffness requirements and can ensure the construction safety.
