Abstract:
The working environment of the cleaning vehicle is diverse with long working hours, and its connection structure is a critical component. The strength of its connecting parts determines the raitionality and safety of various tasks performed by the cleaning vehicle. Based on the volume of the cleaning vehicle's water tank and the dimensions of the binding straps, the stress under typical working conditions was calculated. Finite element analysis of the binding straps was conducted using ANSYS software for two representative working conditions, yielding the deformation and stress magnitude under these conditions. The rationality of the strap structure was verified through actual vehicle experiments, providing a basis for the safe and reasonable use of the cleaning vehicle.
