Abstract:
Coins have the characteristics of many times in circulation and are easy to recycle, but it takes a lot of manpower to sort and pack them. In this study, the application status of coin sorters was studied and the performance of several typical coin sorters was compared, with the aim of discussing the main mechanism implementation and functional requirements of coin sorters, and seeking to solve the problem that it is difficult to sort, sort and package coins with one machine. The mechanical part of this coin sorter comprises five parts: coin inlet part, coin pushing part, coin dividing part, counting part and collecting part, the functional principle of each part is analyzed in this paper, and the coin sorter has the function of sorting coins, counting and packing coins through the simulation of some parts of the function. The design of the coin sorter facilitates the classification of coins, and at the same time organizes and packages the coins, which greatly saves manpower and material resources.
