Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and single function in traditional clothing care, this paper designs a small household drying and ironing machine and its control system by introducing sensors, PLC and other technologies. This design can increase the functionality of clothing care equipment, improve work efficiency and realize automatic and intelligent clothing care. Firstly, the design and modeling of the main frame of the drying and ironing machine are completed, and the rationality of the equipment is verified through data operation; Then, the hardware such as PLC and sensor is selected; Finally, TIAPortalV19 is used to write the control program and build the HMI screen, and MCD simulation ensures the feasibility of the design.
