基于PLC的家用小型烘干熨烫机控制系统设计

Design of Control System for Small Household Drying and Ironing Machine Based on PLC

  • 摘要: 为解决传统衣物护理存在的效率低下、功能单一等问题,本文通过引入传感器、PLC等技术设计了一款家用小型烘干熨烫机及其控制系统,该设计可以增加衣物护理设备的功能性,提高工作效率,实现自动化和智能化的衣物护理。首先,完成了烘干熨烫机的主体框架设计建模,并通过数据运算,验证设备的合理性;然后,对PLC与传感器等硬件进行了选型;最后,利用TIA Portal V19编写控制程序并构建HMI画面,通过MCD仿真确保设计的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and single function in traditional clothing care, this paper designs a small household drying and ironing machine and its control system by introducing sensors, PLC and other technologies. This design can increase the functionality of clothing care equipment, improve work efficiency and realize automatic and intelligent clothing care. Firstly, the design and modeling of the main frame of the drying and ironing machine are completed, and the rationality of the equipment is verified through data operation; Then, the hardware such as PLC and sensor is selected; Finally, TIAPortalV19 is used to write the control program and build the HMI screen, and MCD simulation ensures the feasibility of the design.
