Abstract: The movable small-skid marine modular drilling rig, as a typical product of marine modular drilling rigs, has seen its research and application in modular design division and module installation tend to be mature. However, a systematic description of the manufacturing process of the movable small-skid marine modular drilling rig is relatively rare. This article focuses on providing a systematic description of the design features and key manufacturing processes in the manufacturing process of this type of modular drilling rig and applies it in the PEMEX marine modular drilling rig project of Petroleos Mexicanos, providing a feasible application solution for the manufacturing process of this type of marine modular drilling rig for reference.
