齿轮传动翻转上料机械手的设计与开发

Design of Gear Transmission Flipping and Loading Manipulator

  • 摘要: 在现代制造业自动化生产中,机械手上料机构作为生产线的关键环节,其效率和可靠性直接影响生产效能。本文针对传统上料机构存在的定位精度低、结构复杂等问题,设计了一种基于齿轮传动的翻转上料机械手。通过对齿轮传动特性的分析,结合气动与电控驱动方式的对比研究,确定了气动与电控相结合的齿轮传动方案。详细阐述了夹紧装置、腕部机构的设计要点,运用有限元分析对关键部件进行强度校核,并完成有限元分析,为同类设备设计提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In modern manufacturing automation production, the feeding mechanism of the mechanical hand is a key link in the production line, and its efficiency and reliability directly affect the production efficiency. This paper designs a flipping feeding mechanical hand based on gear transmission in response to the problems of low positioning accuracy and complex structure in traditional feeding mechanisms. Through the analysis of the characteristics of gear transmission and the comparative study of pneumatic and electric control drive methods, a gear transmission scheme combining pneumatic and electric control is determined. The design process of the clamping device and the wrist mechanism is elaborated in detail. The strength of key components is checked by finite element analysis, and the finite element analysis is completed, providing a reference basis for the design of similar equipment.
