伺服变位机的设计应用

Design and Application of Servo Positioner

  • 摘要: 在实际应用中,多数伺服变位机采用回转平台主轴与减速机直连的结构形式。该连接方式使减速机承受较大的倾覆力矩,减速机长期处于单向偏载工况,易产生严重且不均匀磨损,从而导致设备精度下降并缩短使用寿命。针对上述问题,该文对伺服变位机结构进行了优化设计:一是改进机械结构,使减速机仅承受回转扭矩,避免倾覆力矩作用;二是采用伺服电机作为驱动源,通过合理匹配负载惯量与电机惯量,提高系统动态响应性能和重复定位精度。

     

    Abstract: In practical applications, most servo positioners adopt a structure in which the main shaft of the rotary platform is directly connected to the reducer. This connection subjects the reducer to a large overturning moment. Long-term operation under unidirectional eccentric load tends to cause severe and uneven wear, resulting in degraded equipment accuracy and shortened service life. To address the above problems, this paper presents an optimal design for the servo positioner structure. Firstly, the mechanical structure is improved so that the reducer only bears the rotational torque and avoids the effect of overturning moment. Secondly, a servo motor is used as the driving source, and the dynamic response performance and repetitive positioning accuracy of the system are improved by reasonably matching the load inertia with the motor inertia.
