烧结机台车体轻量化设计试验

Lightweight Design and Testing of Sintering Machine Body

  • 摘要: 针对实现烧结机台车体轻量化、降低制造成本的需求,提出采用高硅固溶强化机制的铸造台车体试验方案。通过对现役台车体材料与新材料进行高温性能实验,获取相关试验数据,并以质量最小化为目标函数,结合模拟仿真运算,优化设计方案。最终从材料选择与结构设计两个维度出发,实现台车体的轻量化,提升产品的市场竞争力。

     

    Abstract: To meet the demand for lightweighting the sintering machine body and reducing manufacturing costs, a casting pallet car body test scheme based on a high-silicon solid solution strengthening mechanism was proposed. High-temperature performance tests were conducted on both the existing pallet car body material and the new material to obtain relevant experimental data. Taking mass minimization as the objective function, the design scheme was optimized through simulation and calculation. Ultimately, lightweighting of the pallet car body was achieved by optimizing both material selection and structural design, thereby enhancing the product's market competitiveness.
