基于Hypermesh和Abaqus的设备吊装结构强度有限元分析及优化

Finite element analysis and optimization of equipment lifting structure strength based on Hypermesh and Abaqus

  • 摘要: 本文以工厂生产线改造过程中的某吊装结构为研究对象,通过Hypermesh软件建立了吊装结构的有限元模型,然后采用Abaqus有限元分析软件作为求解器,对吊装结构在极限工作状态下吊起规定货物时各零件的应力和变形情况进行了仿真模拟,对该吊装结构整体的强度进行了校核,并根据仿真结果对吊装结构进行了优化,该分析方法为工厂生产线改造过程中评估吊装结构方案设计的合理性和结构优化提供了重要参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a lifting structure in the factory is taken as the research object, the finite element model of the lifting structure is established by Hypermesh software. Then, Abaqus finite element analysis software was used as the solver to simulate the stress and deformation of the lifting structure when lifting specified goods in limit working state. The strength of the lifting structure was checked and optimized based on the simulation results. This analysis method provides important reference for evaluating the rationality of the lifting structure design and structural optimization in the process of factory production line renovation.
