Abstract:
In this paper, a lifting structure in the factory is taken as the research object, the finite element model of the lifting structure is established by Hypermesh software. Then, Abaqus finite element analysis software was used as the solver to simulate the stress and deformation of the lifting structure when lifting specified goods in limit working state. The strength of the lifting structure was checked and optimized based on the simulation results. This analysis method provides important reference for evaluating the rationality of the lifting structure design and structural optimization in the process of factory production line renovation.
