  • 摘要: 围绕PSP的粘合特性与影响因素进行了深入研究。首先,从材料科学与复合管道技术的背景出发,分析了金属网骨架与塑料复合材料的制备方法,其中包括对金属网骨架的选择和结构设计,及塑料材料的性能分析和适配性评估,确保复合管具有高效粘合性能。并探讨了PSP的粘合特性,通过梳理粘合的力学原理和化学反应机理,结合先进的测试方法,如热分析、力学拉伸等,评估复合管不同阶段的粘合性能。最后,详细分析了影响PSP粘合特性的多重因素,为提高PSP的生产工艺和使用性能提供了科学依据和技术指导。

     

    Abstract: This paper provides an in-depth study around the adhesive properties and influencing factors of PSP. First, based on the background of material science and composite pipe technology, the preparation method of metal mesh skeleton and plastic composite material is emphasized, including the selection and structural design of the metal mesh skeleton, and the performance analysis and suitability assessment of the plastic material, to assure that the composite pipe has highly efficient bonding performance. The adhesive properties of PSP were also discussed in depth, and the bonding performance of the composite pipe at different stages was evaluated by sorting out the mechanical principle of bonding and chemical reaction mechanism, and combining with advanced testing methods, such as thermal analysis and mechanical stretching. Finally, the paper detailed analysis of the multiple factors affecting the adhesive properties of PSP. It provides scientific basis and technical guidance for improving the production process and use performance of PSP.
