Abstract:
This article takes a certain model of aviation permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object, establishing thermal simulation models using ANSYS Workbench and MotorCAD. Through simulation technology, it reproduces the temperature field distribution under stable operating conditions of the motor, obtaining high-resolution temperature cloud maps, which provide quantitative basis for motor structure optimization and thermal design. By detailing the modeling processes of the two tools, the differences in simulation results, and the underlying reasons, this study further enriches the research content of thermal simulation for aviation permanent magnet motors.
