光伏阵列故障智能诊断方法研究综述

  • 摘要: 光伏阵列在较为恶劣的环境中运行时容易产生各种故障,引起光伏组件性能下降、发电效率降低以及安全隐患等问题。本文综述了光伏阵列故障的类型,分析了短路故障、开路故障、接地故障和组件碎裂与隐裂等常见故障的成因;讨论了基于视觉图像智能辨识、机器学习、模糊推理的光伏阵列故障智能诊断方法;展望了光伏阵列故障智能诊断研究的未来发展方向,为实现光伏阵列故障诊断的精度与效率提高提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Photovoltaic arrays are prone to various faults when operating in harsh environments, resulting in decreased performance of photovoltaic modules, reduced power generation efficiency, and safety hazards. This article summarizes the types of faults in photovoltaic arrays, and analyzes the causes of common faults such as short circuit fault, open circuit fault, ground fault, and component fragmentation and hidden cracks. Then, intelligent diagnosis methods of photovoltaic array faults is discussed based on visual image intelligent recognition, machine learning, and fuzzy control. Finally, the future development directions of intelligent diagnosis of photovoltaic array faults are discussed, so as to provide reference for improving the accuracy and efficiency of photovoltaic array fault diagnosis.
