  • 摘要: 该文采用DOE方法对影响踏板模拟器滞后力的控制因子进行分析,并制定相应的DOE试验矩阵。通过DOE分析各控制因子对模拟器滞后力的影响程度,识别出具有显著影响的关键因子,并通过调节其参数实现对模拟器滞后力大小的有效控制。该方法显著缩短了模拟器滞后力试验与分析周期,同时明确了影响滞后力的关键设计参数,对后续踏板模拟器滞后力的设计与分析具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper applies the DOE method to analyze the control factors affecting the lag force of a pedal simulator and establishes a corresponding DOE experimental matrix. Through DOE analysis, the influence degree of each control factor on the simulator lag force is evaluated, the key factors with significant effects are identified, and effective control of the simulator lag force is achieved by adjusting their parameters. This method significantly shortens the testing and analysis cycle of the simulator lag force, while clarifying the key design parameters influencing the lag force, providing important guidance for the subsequent design and analysis of pedal simulator lag force.
