Design of Intelligent Mining System for Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Mines

  • 摘要: 为提高该综采工作面的自动化水平,该文基于C2#层8127综采工作面采煤地质工况,结合其改造升级目标,重点对C2#层8127综采工作面综采设备进行了三机配套改造、自动化跟机移架系统开发、无人值守运输构建及水处理防污染管理等关键技术应用,智能化改造,并进行了工程应用验证,验证结果表明:C2#层8127综采工作面经智能化改造后,每月单产可提高47%,减人44.4%,实现了减人增效,该研究可为类似工况下综采工作面的智能化改造提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the automation level of the fully mechanized mining face, this study, based on the coal mining geological conditions of the 8127 fully mechanized mining face in the C2# layer and its upgrade objectives, focuses on key technological applications such as the three-machine matching transformation, the development of an automated follow-up support system, the construction of an unattended transportation system, and water treatment and anti-pollution management. After the intelligent transformation, engineering application verification shows that the monthly production of the 8127 fully mechanized mining face in the C2# layer increased by 47%, and the number of personnel decreased by 44.4%, achieving the goal of reducing labor while increasing efficiency. This study can provide a reference for the intelligent transformation of fully mechanized mining faces under similar conditions.
