挖掘机工作装置疲劳试验载荷谱编制方法综述

A Review of the Compilation Method of Fatigue Test Load Spectrum of Excavator Working Device

  • 摘要: 工作装置是挖掘机作业过程中非常关键且易发生疲劳破坏的构件,载荷谱编制方法研究对挖掘机工作装置疲劳寿命评估和可靠性分析十分重要。在梳理了一些挖掘机载荷谱编制方法最新研究成果的基础上,针对挖掘机工作装置疲劳试验载荷谱实际需求,综述了基于POT模型的载荷时域外推、基于混合分布的参数法外推和基于核密度估计法的非参数雨流外推方法。讨论了三种方法的优缺点并简要分析其适用性,为挖掘机工作装置疲劳试验载荷谱编制提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The working device is a crucial component that is prone to fatigue damage during the operation of excavators. The study of load spectrum compilation method is crucial for the fatigue life assessment and reliability analysis of excavator working devices. On the basis of reviewing the latest research results on the compilation methods of excavator load spectra, this article provides a comprehensive analysis of the practical needs of fatigue test load spectra for excavator working devices. This paper provides an overview of load time-domain extrapolation based on POT model, parameter extrapolation based on composite distribution, and non-parametric rain flow extrapolation methods based on kernel density estimation. Discussed the advantages and disadvantages of three methods and briefly analyzed their applicability. The research results of this article provide a reference for the compilation of fatigue test load spectra for excavator working devices.
