  • 摘要: 简述了柔性组合式起重机在国内的使用和发展状况,确定柔性组合式起重机的总体设计方案。针对柔性组合式起重机型轨的功能及受力情况,开展了对柔性组合式起重机的功能性结构设计及型轨的强度校核,通过对其进行理论设计、力学分析与仿真验证后,得出柔性组合式起重机的设计功能具有可行性以及型轨设计的稳定可靠,验证了型轨在额定载荷下应力、位移及应变分布均符合安全标准,为轻工业流水线、智能仓储物流等场景高精度、高柔性物料输送提供解决方案参考。

     

    Abstract: Briefly describes the use and development of flexible combination crane in China, and determines the overall design program of flexible combination crane. In view of the function and force of the flexible combination crane rail, the functional structural design of the flexible combination crane and the strength check of the rail are carried out, and through the theoretical design, mechanical analysis and simulation verification, it is concluded that the design function of the flexible combination crane is feasible and the rail is designed to be stable and reliable, and it is verified that the distribution of stress, displacement and strain of the rail under the rated load complies with the safety and safety standards. Verification of stress, displacement and strain distribution under rated load meets the safety standards, providing solutions for high-precision, highly flexible material transportation in light industrial assembly lines, intelligent warehousing and logistics scenarios.
