便捷式立体车库设计及有限元分析

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Portable Stereo Garage

  • 摘要: 结合国内车辆存取困难的现状,该文分析了立体车库的技术优势,完成了总体方案设计,研制出一种采用梳齿载车板的便携式立体车库,并介绍了其快速存取车辆的运行方式。通过有限元仿真对关键零部件进行力学分析,明确其应力与位移分布特征。研究表明,该设备安全稳固、操作简易、成本可控、实用性突出,契合国内实际应用需求。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the current situation of difficult vehicle parking and retrieval in China, this paper analyzes the technical advantages of stereo garages and completes the overall scheme design. A portable stereo garage with comb-shaped car-carrying plates is developed, and its operating mode for fast vehicle parking and retrieval is introduced. Finite element simulation is adopted to conduct mechanical analysis on key components, and the distribution characteristics of stress and displacement are determined. The research shows that the equipment features stable structure, simple operation, low cost and high practicability, which well meets the actual application demands in China.
