物流运输棘轮张紧器结构力学特性与有限元分析

Structural Mechanical Characteristics and Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Ratchet Tensioner for Transportation

  • 摘要: 货物是否合理固定是保证货物运输安全的前提条件。在公路物流运输过程中,棘轮式张紧器被广泛用于货物的捆绑与固定。其结构的合理性和结构强度的合规性对于货物运输安全有着重要的影响。该文分析了张紧器结构的机械原理,并进行了工作时的受力分析,从理论的角度解释其安全性和可靠性。然后利用ANSYS软件对棘轮张紧器进行了有限元分析,获得了张紧状态下张紧器的应力分布情况和位移变形情况,并进行了拓扑优化。结果表明,优化后张紧器质量减轻,最大应力和最大变形得到优化。研究结果为棘轮张紧器的结构轻量化设计提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Whether the goods are reasonably fixed is a prerequisite for ensuring the safety of cargo transportation. In the process of road logistics transportation, ratchet tensioners are widely used for bundling and fixing goods. The rationality of its structure and the compliance of the strength of the structure have an important impact on the safety of cargo transportation. Analyze the mechanical principle of the tensioner structure, and analyze the force during operation, and explain its safety and reliability from a theoretical point of view. The finite element analysis of the ratchet tensioner was carried out by ANSYS software, and the stress distribution and displacement deformation of the tensioner in the tensioned state were obtained, and the topology was optimized to reduce the mass and optimize the maximum stress and maximum deformation results. The research results provide a reference for the lightweight design of ratchet tensioners.
