伺服送料器液压系统的优化

Design of Fast and Slow Speed Hydraulic System for Blanking Scissors

  • 摘要: 针对金属冷弯成型柔性生产线上伺服送料器送料精度波动较大的问题,该文根据伺服送料器的工作需求,分析了其液压系统的工作原理及送料油缸与送料辊的受力情况,找出了系统中存在的关键问题,并对液压系统的工作原理进行了优化。通过对比测量两种液压系统下伺服送料器的送料精度,验证了优化后液压系统在提升送料稳定性和精度方面的有效性与合理性。

     

    Abstract: To address the issue of large fluctuations in feeding accuracy of the servo feeder in flexible metal cold roll forming production lines, this paper analyzed the working requirements of the servo feeder, the operating principle of its hydraulic system, and the force conditions of the feeding cylinder and rollers. Key problems within the system were identified, and the hydraulic system's working principle was subsequently optimized. By comparing and measuring the feeding accuracy of the servo feeder under two different hydraulic systems, the effectiveness and rationality of the optimized system in improving feeding stability and accuracy were verified.
