  • 摘要: 针对中速船用柴油机性能指标持续升级,曲轴制造的高标准使曲轴加工工艺更复杂的需求目标,设计了一种专用曲轴车床卡具。该卡具可同时满足连杆颈和曲轴拐臂的加工,且卡具适用于多种型号,具备一定的通用性,只需根据曲轴型号进行匹配配重和分度调节。现有非圆抛光技术不利于保证曲轴轴颈的圆柱度,同时非圆抛光很难使曲轴轴颈与轴瓦达到理想的接触效果,不利于润滑油膜的生成,设计了专用的抛光装置,克服了抛光过程中轴颈与砂带接触面积不足的问题,同时把整个抛光工序分为粗、精两工序,实现了整圆抛光,提供了轴颈接触面积的检测方案。并将曲轴总成在弹性支撑上近似简化为二自由度振动系统,对其动平衡进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: In view of the continuous upgrading of performance indicators of medium speed marine diesel engine and the demand target that the high standard of crankshaft manufacturing makes the crankshaft processing technology more complex, a special crankshaft lathe fixture is designed. The fixture can meet the processing of connecting rod journal and crankshaft crank arm at the same time, and the fixture is suitable for a variety of models, with certain versatility. It only needs to match the counterweight and adjust the indexing according to the crankshaft model. The existing non-circular polishing technology is not conducive to ensuring the cylindricity of the crankshaft journal. At the same time, non-circular polishing is difficult to achieve the ideal contact effect between the crankshaft journal and the bearing bush, which is not conducive to the generation of lubricating oil film. A special polishing device is designed to overcome the problem of insufficient contact area between the journal and the abrasive belt in the polishing process. At the same time, the whole polishing process is divided into two processes, coarse and fine, which realizes the whole round polishing and provides the detection scheme of the contact area of the journal. The crankshaft assembly is approximately simplified as a two degree of freedom vibration system on the elastic support, and its dynamic balance is analyzed.
