工业捞渣机器人在中频炉上的设计应用

Design and Application of Industrial Slag Retrieving Robot in Medium Frequency Furnace

  • 摘要: 为实现中频炉的捞渣自动化,结合实际捞渣工作情况,研究并设计了一种基于工业机器人的捞渣工作站控制系统。该控制系统以工业机器人为核心,进行了工作站控制系统硬件设计和程序设计。根据生产现场条件,设计了捞渣机器人工作站,测试结果表明,该系统工作站能自动完成中频炉浮渣清理任务,系统整体运行状态良好,工作速度稳定,可有效替换人工捞渣,大幅度降低工人的劳动强度,实现中频炉浮渣清理自动化。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the automation of slag cleaning in intermediate frequency furnace, a slag cleaning workstation control system based on industrial robot was researched and designed according to the actual slag cleaning work situation. The control system takes industrial robot as the core, and the hardware design and programming design of the workstation control system were carried out. According to the production site conditions, the slag cleaning robot workstation was designed. The test results show that the workstation can automatically complete the task of cleaning the intermediate frequency furnace scum. The overall operation state of the system is good, and the working speed is stable. It can effectively replace the manual cleaning of scum, greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, and realize the automation of cleaning the intermediate frequency furnace scum.
