工业捞渣机器人在中频炉上的设计应用

Design and Application of Industrial Slag Retrieving Robot in Medium Frequency Furnace

  • 摘要: 为实现中频炉的捞渣自动化,结合实际捞渣工作情况,该文研究并设计了一种基于工业机器人的捞渣工作站控制系统。以控制系统中的工业机器人为核心,设计了工作站控制硬件与程序;在此基础上,结合现场生产条件构建了捞渣机器人工作站。测试结果表明,该系统工作站能自动完成中频炉浮渣清理任务,系统整体运行状态良好,工作速度稳定,可有效替换人工捞渣,大幅度降低工人的劳动强度,实现中频炉浮渣清理自动化。

     

    Abstract: To achieve automation of slag removal in medium-frequency furnaces, this paper studies and designs a slag-removal workstation control system based on industrial robots, taking into account actual slag-removal operations. Centered on the industrial robot within the control system, the hardware and software of the workstation were designed. Based on this, a slag-removal robot workstation was constructed in accordance with on-site production conditions. Test results show that the workstation can automatically perform slag-cleaning tasks for medium-frequency furnaces. The system operates smoothly, with stable working speed, effectively replacing manual slag removal, significantly reducing labor intensity, and realizing automation of slag cleaning in medium-frequency furnaces.
