基于环流理论的光伏供能水域清理机器人设计分析

Design Analysis of Photovoltaic Powered Water Area Cleaning Robot Based on Circulation Theory

  • 摘要: 光伏功能水域清洁机器人存在体积庞大、结构复杂、清洁效率低等痛点,基于螺旋桨环流定律、太阳能光伏转化、流体动力学等理论对光伏供能水域清洁机器人整机机械结构与控制系统进行设计。通过数模分析、实验测试,基本实现该机器人的垃圾引流与收集、水质检测功能,同时运用新能源实现可持续发展,提高了清洁效率的同时改善小型水域污染现象。

     

    Abstract: This article mainly introduces the mechanical structure and control system of the photovoltaic-powered water cleaning robot based on circulation theory. Through in-depth investigation and research on the current situation, we designed based on physical theories such as propeller circulation law, solar photovoltaic conversion, and fluid dynamics to address pain points such as large size, complex structure, and low cleaning efficiency. Through digital analog analysis and experimental testing, the robot’s garbage diversion and collection and water quality detection functions have been basically realized. At the same time, new energy is used to achieve sustainable development, which improves cleaning efficiency and improves the pollution of small water bodies.
