Abstract: As one of the critical fastening components in automotive assembly, the reliability of screw connections directly affects the overall safety of the vehicle. This paper presents a torque setting method for screws (excluding self-tapping screws) based on force analysis during the tightening process, combined with real vehicle installation verification. Additionally, a program was developed to enable more accurate and efficient control of bolt preload in practical engineering applications.
