Research and Application of GIS Technology in Intelligent Mine Construction

  • 摘要: 为了提高大恒煤业矿井建设的智能化水平,针对智能化建设中存在的主要问题,提出了基于GIS(地理信息系统)的智能化矿山建设目标,分析了基于GIS的智能化系统的基本构架及关键技术,建立了基于GIS技术的“一张图一体化”智能化系统,并在大恒煤业进行了现场应用。结果表明:通过整合多源信息,完成了多种数据的处理入库;构建了全矿井三维空间框架、工作面煤层赋存形态及地质构造分布的高精度立体化模型;通过建立采掘进度与模型数据的实时映射关系,实现了模型更新周期与生产进度的同步匹配。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the intelligent level of mine construction in Daheng Coal Industry, aiming at the main problems existing in the intelligent construction, the goal of intelligent mine construction based on GIS (geographic information system) is put forward. The basic framework and key technologies of intelligent system based on GIS are analyzed. The intelligent system of "one map integration" based on GIS technology is established and applied in Daheng Coal Industry. The results show that, through the integration of multi-source information, various types of data are successfully processed and stored. A high-precision three-dimensional model is constructed for the entire mine, including the spatial framework, the occurrence morphology of coal seams in working faces, and the distribution of geological structures. By establishing a real-time mapping relationship between mining progress and model data, the model update cycle is synchronized with the actual production schedule.
