炮弹自动化装填系统设计与分析

Automated Bomb Loading Device for Confined Space in Submarines

  • 摘要: 针对潜艇内空间狭小且人力不足情况,设计一种受限空间内炮弹自动化装填系统,采用链条传动炮弹至指定位置,后运用二级推弹机构进行推弹,且采用可活动式托弹槽以适应不同口径炮弹。该装置系统简单,不影响炮弹发射且节省时间以及劳动力。通过Solidworks软件建立模型并对其关键部件强度校核分析,证明该自动化装填系统达到设计要求。

     

    Abstract: A limited space automatic loading and filling system for shells in submarines is designed to address the situation of limited space and insufficient manpower. The system uses a chain to drive the shells to a designated position, and then uses a two-stage projectile pushing mechanism to push the shells. It also uses a movable magazine slot to accommodate shells of different calibers. The device system is simple, does not affect the firing of shells, and saves time and labor. By using Solidworks software to establish a model and conducting strength verification analysis on its key components, it is proven that the automated filling system meets the design requirements.
