Abstract:
In order to improve the operational efficiency and stability of wind turbines, a vibration detection based wind turbine operation status monitoring system is proposed. The article analyzes the system architecture, vibration signal acquisition scheme, vibration signal detection scheme, and application situation. According to practical applications, the system can achieve accurate judgment of wind turbine vibration, with a recognition accuracy of 96.67%, reducing the overall maintenance time of wind turbines by 22.7%, and reducing wind turbine shutdown faults by 90.4%.
