风力发电机组运行状态监测系统的设计应用

Application Research of Wind Turbine Operation Status Monitoring System

  • 摘要: 为了提升风力发电机组的运维效率、提升风力发电机组的运行稳定性,提出了一种基于振动检测的风力发电机组运行状态监测系统,文章对系统架构、振动信号采集方案、振动信号检测方案和应用情况进行了分析。根据实际应用表明,该系统能够实现对风机振动情况的精确判断,识别准确率达到了96.67%,将风力发电机组的整体维护时间降低了22.7%,风机运行停机故障降低了90.4%。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the operational efficiency and stability of wind turbines, a vibration detection based wind turbine operation status monitoring system is proposed. The article analyzes the system architecture, vibration signal acquisition scheme, vibration signal detection scheme, and application situation. According to practical applications, the system can achieve accurate judgment of wind turbine vibration, with a recognition accuracy of 96.67%, reducing the overall maintenance time of wind turbines by 22.7%, and reducing wind turbine shutdown faults by 90.4%.
