Design and Implementation of Maintenance Reminder Function for Industrial Robots

  • 摘要: 随着生产制造智能化的提升,FANUC机器人的保有量不断增加。为了保证设备在长周期运行下的稳定性,对机器人的维护保养不容忽视。该文基于FANUC机器人内置KAREL语言,进行了维护提醒需求分析、功能设计、例程设计、实验测试等,成功设计实现了维护保养提醒功能,保持了设备的稳定性,提升了生产效率。

     

    Abstract: With the advancement of intelligent manufacturing, the number of FANUC robots in service continues to grow. To ensure the long-term operational stability of the equipment, routine maintenance of robots is indispensable. Based on the built-in KAREL language of FANUC robots, this paper conducts demand analysis, functional design, program programming and experimental testing for maintenance reminder functions. The maintenance reminder function is successfully designed and implemented, which ensures equipment stability and improves production efficiency.
